Lesego worked at Anglo Platinum mine as an Environmental Technologist where she acquired experience in waste management, Air Quality Monitoring and Water Quality Management.

She also learned how to handle day to day environmental incident for example, oil spillage, water leakages and dust/fumes.
Lesego worked as an Environmental Consultant where she has handled various EIA projects where in she gathered more experience in the consulting industry, and she became an EIA specialist.

Her experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and integration of GIS with technical and social information to address environmental issues enables her to make solid contribution to client’s understanding of their interaction with the environment.

Mpokisang Senna worked as Quantity Surveyor in Botswana for Mahalapye- Palapye Road Rehabilitation where he acquired experience in Site Measurements Cost, Programming & Production reports. He also worked for Kwezi Infrastructure as a Safety &Environmental Officer for N1RRM (Routine Road Maintenance) project. He also worked at Re-Dirile Building Construction as Quantity Surveyor.
